Yoga for Walkers & Hikers

Explore yoga poses that not only condition walkers and hikers but also are beneficial for warm-up and cool-down. Rita will focus on lower-body strength and flexibility, upper-body conditioning and range of motion, and whole body balance. Bring a story of a favorite walk or hike and share your experience with us. Bring shoes, socks, hiking sticks or other equipment necessary for an optional hike in the Glen at the end of the workshop. $35
