CMYS will hold a special fundraising event at the Glen House Inn on Sunday, August 26 beginning at 4 p.m. Please help keep the good music coming by supporting CMYS.
Una Festa Italiana will be an intimate gathering with Italian food, wine and music at the Glen House Inn, an Italianate villa dedicated art in Yellow Springs.
The music will be a sampling of Italian Baroque sonatas for violin, harpsichord, and cello. The performance will be by the ensemble of James Johnson and Mary White on violin, Franklin Cox on cello, and Barbara Leeds on harpsichord. Refreshments will be hors d’oeuvres and light desserts with Italian wines, sodas, and waters.
The $60 ticket includes a $50 tax-deductible donation to Chamber Music in Yellow Springs.
