Tom Osborne felt the power of the flower on Dayton Street Friday morning after providing ladder assistance to the Flower Power Project. The weekly Flower Power Sew-In continues to attract participants who meet and make beautiful flowers to "felt-bomb" various sites on Dayton Street.
