On Sunday, February 21, local filmmakers gathered for an afternoon showcasing the best of short film talent from students to professionals to everyone in between. The event began at 1 p.m. with a test screening of a work-in-progress. Audience feedback was requested to help craft the final project.
Seventeen film shorts then followed at 2 p.m. with audience members voting for their top three favorites. A reception at The Emporium/Underdog Cafe followed the event. The program will be repeated on Saturday, February 27 at 1 p.m.
Admission to the festival is $10 and includes both the festival program and the test screening. Proceeds will benefit the new nonprofit Little Art Theatre Association.
